# About the Challenge Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for sales in the automotive industry, specifically focusing on two-wheeled vehicles? As a PIC YPM (Automotive - Two Wheels), you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of sales operations, contributing to the growth and success of our automotive business. Requirements: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Branch Operations within the automotive industry, preferably as a Branch Head or similar role - Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development - Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with customers, leasing partners, and internal teams. - Demonstrate proficiency in sales forecasting, stock planning, sales funnel management, and the use of dealer systems, scoring tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the branch, ensuring targets are achieved effectively and efficiently according to SOP - Develop monthly sales plans, aggressive sales strategies, and accurate stock projections based on market trends and branch needs - Manage and coach the sales team through daily briefings, performance reviews, mentoring, and regular evaluation to maximize closing ratios and achieve KPIs - Supervise marketing activities, partnership programs with leasing, and strategic alliances to expand market reach and enhance sales performance - Produce analytical daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports that include target achievements, deviations, and recommended action plans Our interview process is straightforward—just a few conversations with HR and our Users.
