In this role, you’ll be a versatile HR professional, working across the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. **Location:** We're looking for a **People Partner** to own and drive the people strategy and day-to-day HR operations for our **Israel hub (hybrid mode of working – 3 days at the office)** while operating as a full member of the EMEA People & Culture team. **Role Summary** This role combines strategic business partnering with hands-on HR operations and talent acquisition sup-port, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. As a People Partner, you will work closely with managers and employees to deliver people solutions that support business objectives, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. You will also ensure efficient execution of HR operations, compliance, and recruitment activities, acting as a key member of the regional EMEA People & Culture team. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable in a strategic conversation with a department head and in the operational detail of getting payroll inputs right. **What You Will Do:** - Work closely with EMEA People & Culture colleagues on regional and global projects. - Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning. - Provide day-to-day guidance on people matters. - Support HR programs, policies, and initiatives locally. - Act as main HR contact for employees and managers. - Coach managers and build people management capability. - Manage employee lifecycle and HR operations. - Ensure accurate HR data, documentation, and systems. - Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and vendor communication. - Support hiring processes, HR projects, compliance, and data insights. **What You Will Bring to the Team:** - 4 + years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or People Operations capacity. - Strong working knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, end to end. - Exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition processes. - Solid understanding of Israeli labor law and local HR practice. - Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and comfort working with HR data. - Fluent in English and Hebrew. - Experience in Technology, Software, or Multinational organizations is a plus. **How You Will Make a Difference:** - You are proactive, business-oriented HR professional. - You are comfortable in hands-on, fast-paced environments. - You can balance strategic partnership with operational execution. **About the Team** The EMEA People & Culture team partners with leaders and employees across the region to attract, develop, and retain talent while building a positive, high-performing culture.
