As a **Business Development Representative** at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle - from the first outbound touch to a signed contract. This is not a meeting-booking role. You prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close, managing your pipeline and revenue contribution end-to-end. Our customers are independent hoteliers across Europe: family-run properties, boutique hotels, and small chains underserved by technology built for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has strong market validation. You will be selling something that makes a measurable difference to the people who use it - and you will own the entire process of getting them there. ### **Your mission** - **Prospecting & pipeline generation:** Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch. You own your top-of-funnel. - **Discovery & qualification:** Understand each prospect's current setup, pain points, and operational needs. Identify fit quickly, prioritise the right opportunities, and position Amenitiz in a way that is specific and relevant to their situation. - **Product demos:** Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems. Make it easy for the prospect to say yes. - **Objection handling & closing:** Navigate hesitation, competitive comparisons, and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency where it is earned. Ask for the deal. - **Pipeline management:** Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably. Ensure no follow-up slips through. - **Collaboration:** Work with Sales leadership and peers to sharpen your approach.
