The company specializes in advanced analytical chemistry and microbiological testing using state-of-the-art instrumentation and internationally recognized methods. ## Job Description - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot **Gas Chromatography–Flame Ionization Detection (GC-FID)** instruments. - Perform testing and analysis of **proximate and UV parameters** according to established methods and specifications. - Conduct **fatty acid analysis** and ensure accurate data generation and reporting. - Manage sample receipt, storage, preparation, and retention before and after analysis. - Maintain and monitor **Certified Reference Materials (CRMs)** and laboratory standards. - Carry out **method verification and validation** activities in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements. - Analyze, interpret, and report test results with accuracy and attention to detail. - Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems, safety guidelines, and good laboratory practices (GLP). - Maintain laboratory records, logs, and analytical reports. ## Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline**.
