We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team, from july to december. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage security operations and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. - Access request management - Handle client inquiries and communications - KPI tracking - On/Off-boarding - Shift scheduling - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. ## Qualifications - Relevant experience from the security industry - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Must be willing to participate in the company's screening process prior to employment, including drug screening and background check - Completed and passed security guard training - Good communication skills - Must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, both spoken and written - Satisfactory conduct/vandel (jf. Lov om vaktvirksomhet) **Special Requirements:** Must be able to work with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, for example, during an emergency or crisis. ## Additional Information **Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00), but you must be flexible when needed.
